1. Services
Linksystemsolution Visuals offers photography and videography services. By booking our services, you agree to provide accurate information and comply with any specific terms outlined in the service agreement.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is due upon delivery of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 2 days prior to the scheduled service. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of deposits. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed upon by both parties.
4. Intellectual Property
All photos and videos created by Linksystemsolution Visuals remain the intellectual property of Linksystemsolution Visuals unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients receive a license to use the media for personal or commercial purposes, but redistribution, modification, or resale is prohibited without prior consent.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to locations, securing permits (if necessary), and ensuring all participants’ cooperation during the shoot. Bozh Visuals will not be liable for delays or additional costs caused by client negligence or failure to meet these obligations.
6. Liability
Bozh Visuals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability, if any, is limited to the total amount paid for the service.
7. Privacy
We respect your privacy and handle all personal information according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
